Up to 10 guests overnight. Wilder Ridge is a quiet retreat, not an event space, so parties and large gatherings aren’t permitted.
Up to two dogs are welcome. You know your dog best, so we trust you to look after them and the house: keep them leashed outdoors (the property isn’t fenced), bring their own bed or blanket, and pick up after them. Any damage or extra cleaning is the guest’s responsibility.
Exterior cameras and floodlights only — there are no cameras inside, ever. Noise monitors measure sound level and cannot record.
AWD or 4WD is recommended in snow or ice. The driveway is professionally plowed.
